On Call, minus the Hospital

vdanskThis is my call weekend. I'm sure of it. I've called the Hospital Operator 3 times to confirm.
I've had one phone call so far.
As flukes go, this is a pretty promising one. Today, instead of rounding at the hospital, I bought a gift for my niece's new baby, bought the girls more school clothes, and took Grammy out to lunch. I also revised a story, checked my email, tracked down a friend who's number had changed, and started a diet. I managed to acquire green face paint for my Oz LARP character in case it ends up being allowed, and a new tie/belt/whatever you call it for my green chiton, which should work well as a costume. I did a load of laundry, and sent out two cards.
I could SO get used to this....
