93' in the house....

It was a cold, wet summer until recently. Our three air conditioners never actually got installed...mostly because their installation is a haphazzard, jury-rigged affair since all our windows crank open horizontally.

It was 93'F upstairs when I got home. The emergently installed air conditioner in the living room, more jury-rigged than usual,has brought the temperature down to 85'. While I have no intention of skipping my exercise tonight, I think this might be a good night for yoga as opposed to cardio....
