Lent update #2

I've been doing very well...but temptation comes in unlooked for places.
Last night it was Highway to Hell, by Rosemary Clement Moore. I stayed up until 11:45, (chapter 20! Awesome!) but did put the book down and went to bed. (Unlike books 1 and 2, where my meager willpower failed me--this time I am working hard to resist!) Verdict: tie.
Tonight, I was fighting residual migraine, and no sane person would read then. But my class materials (for my correspondence class in writing) came. And, although no sane person fighting a migraine would sit down to a computer...guess what I've been doing for the last 4 hours? Assignment one, written, and whittled down to 11 words under the maximum. Of course, it's not due until May 1st.... Still, it's before midnight, and I am going to bed now. Verdict: tie. (Unless I weaken and pick up HtH again....)
